Privacy policy
How oneprompt handles the information you share through this website. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on our scheduling page, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your business name, the size of your business, the service you are interested in, and any note you add. If you email us, we receive your email. We do not ask for anything else, and this site does not have accounts or logins.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to set up a call, and to prepare for it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us run this site
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf so the site can work. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and keep the site secure. Our typeface is served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when a page loads.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain our relationship with you. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
Client work
This policy covers this website. Information we handle during a client engagement is governed by our agreement with that client. In every engagement, your data stays yours: we do not train on it, sell it, or move it out of your sight.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@oneprompt.live and we will reply personally.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
