Systems Management goes past training. We work alongside your team, month over month, to build AI into the systems you already use, so the value keeps growing instead of fading after a single workshop.
Step one: the Systems Audit
Systems Audit
A two-week audit that ends in a clear plan for what to build.
Integration Builds
When the Systems Audit shows systems need connecting, we build them. The build is quoted separately after the audit, based on what it finds.
Focused
Two or three systems connected.
Standard
A full central brain across your core systems.
Complex
Custom or non-standard integration work.
Builds are quoted only after a completed Systems Audit. 50% deposit, balance on delivery. Every build is followed by at least three months of Systems Management at any level (Essentials, Core or Embedded), so the system stays alive.
Then a retainer keeps it running
After the build, a monthly plan keeps the system running and adds the next workflow. Three levels, with an on-site kickoff, then remote and on call. Three-month minimum at every level.

- Working sessions count against included hours.
- Included hours do not roll over.
- Extra hours are agreed in writing before they are used.
- Where a count and the included hours conflict, included hours govern.
What counts as a workflow, a system, an automation
Connected system
One application or data source we authenticate into. The unit is the connection, not the usage: five workflows reading from QuickBooks is still one connected system.
Workflow
One repeatable business process with a defined trigger and a defined outcome. The test: you can name the trigger and the finished state in one sentence. “Every Monday at 7am, last week’s revenue by customer is in the owner’s inbox” is a workflow. “Better reporting” is not.
Automation
One triggered action that runs without a person. Small and medium automations count against your monthly allowance. Anything that needs a new integration surface or a hosted service is an Integration Build.

A short call, then the Complimentary Immersion Consultation: 90 minutes on site, on us, with the people who do the work. We leave knowing where the days go and where the friction really lives.
We map the work in a Systems Audit.
The Systems Audit traces the workflows your team runs every day, maps how your systems connect, and ends in a clear plan for what to build. It is $1,500 flat. If you choose to build, that work is quoted separately.
We build it in, together.
If something new needs connecting, that is a build, quoted separately from what the Systems Audit finds. If not, we go straight to the retainer. Either way AI goes into the systems you already use, with your people, and the human stays in front.
We meet, refine, and expand.
A steady working session to keep what is working, fix what is not, and move into the next workflow. We train as we go, so the gains compound instead of fading after a workshop.
You decide what comes next.
Your data has stayed yours the whole way, and your team runs what we built. Continue at the same level, step up, or stop. The work belongs to you either way.

Retainers are billed monthly in advance on a three-month minimum. Builds take a 50% deposit with the balance on delivery. The Systems Audit is paid in full up front. Net 15.
